npr_logo_rgbThis past September during our Fall US tour, we made an extended stop in Washington, DC for a live performance at the Black Cat, and a visit to the offices of National Public Radio (NPR) to do a Tiny Desk Concert (with the full band). The next day, vocalist Amayo and baritone saxophonist Martín Perna sat down for an interview with Rachel Martin of Weekend Edition. If you're interested in the thermodynamics of music and how temperature is key to a great concert, please check the interview: Linkhttp://www.npr.org/2013/01/06/168565111/antibalas-cooking-up-afrobeat-in-a-sweltering-kitchen
